  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Chicken Broth / Water + Boullion / Water

  • Sear Oxtail in deep cast iron with shallow oil
  • Remove Excess Oil
  • Sautee Vegetables until lightly colored
  • Add tomato, broth and meat and braise
